MY CRAZY EXPERIENCE
I’ll never forget the first
time I got a parking
ticket. It was the morning
of the second day of the
new semester in August
2017. I drove to school
and parked my car near
school. I was excited
about beginning a
new semester. I was
learning with my new
teacher and meeting
many new friends. After
I took the test, I left my
class. I saw a ticket on
my car. I was surprised
by this ticket because I
always read the parking
signs when parking. I
went home and told my
friend. She said I should
complain to the DMV. I
complained online and
they said they would
answer me after they
double checked. I still
have not received a
response from the DMV
even though it has been
a month since I got my
ticket. After that, I have
not parked on the street
close to my school
anymore. I have parked
my car at Public Parking
since then. What an
experience. I’ll never
forget it!
