ig dreams lead to great
achievements. Following
dreams comes with great
success. Never give up because
behind each dream there is hope.
In my own experience since
I came to the United States, I’ve
learned to follow my dreams step
by step, little by little. I’ve learned
to believe in myself and think that
it is never really too late to begin
again. I’ve learned to make an
effort in understanding English. It
may not be enough, but it is necessary since I came to study at
school. Now I am confident and
self-independent although it has
been hard. Also, I’ve had some
inconveniences. I’ve attempted to
work hard in everything.

My dream isn’t to buy a
new car, or buy a huge house.
In fact that is not my American
dream. My American dream is to
get my high school diploma, go
to college, and get a Master’s
Degree. After that, I will find a
job, buy a huge house, and buy a
beautiful car. My steps to achieving my goals are: continuing my
studies, being perseverant and
never stop dreaming- that is most
important. I will always remember
that anything is possible- it is just
a challenge. My dream is a challenge, and to me I like challenges!
I hope someday I will reach my
dreams!

y life has changed significantly since I came to
the United States. I have
shared with people from different cultures. I have changed my
attitude to face life. I have more
independence to make decisions.
I have learned how to be more
confident around people. As
time has passed I have had more
experiences and this has given me
more optimism. Life in this country
has become more stressed. My life
has been transformed completely
in this country sometimes negatively and sometimes positively. These
are some of the ways that my life
has changed in this country.
