Level 6 y of My Life he Happiest Da T This was my happiest day in my life. In 2003 my wife and I got married. We celebrated with about five hundred people in a hotel restaurant. My wife was wearing a wedding gown, and I was wearing a wedding tuxedo. In the morning that day I went to my wife’s home and brought her back to my home. When I brought my wife, we went to the Saigon place to take photos and also we brought a camera from my wife’s home to my home and went around the Saigon area taking pictures and then back home. We had prepared things to celebrate at home. We had served tea to both sets of parents that day. In the evening we went to the restaurant at 6:00 PM. My wife and I stood waiting until 7:00 PM, when almost all the people arrived. We had music, songs, and everybody was very happy to eat. Some drank beer and others drank soda. We were done at 9:00 PM. Some people brought food home, and some of my best friends wanted to drink with me more at that time. Some of my wife’s friends wanted to take some photos of us together. Two weeks before we had taken some professional portraits . My wife was wearing a white wedding gown, and I was wearing a wedding tuxedo. The pictures are very attractive. A professional photographer took the pictures for us. Some look Chinese and some look Japanese and others look European because we wore different clothing for the pictures. We looked beautiful in each picture. At that time we were happy. One year later we had a baby, and he was a boy. We were happiest at that time because I was a father and my wife was a mother, too. We have the responsibility to raise my son and give him a good education and help him to have a good life. Thieu L. Ly Teacher: Sally McElroy, PM 65
