many interesting ways to raise students‟ interest in studying and always establish an atmosphere in which they are eager and willing to study. Thus, they will become more active and get involved, and my teaching will be more effective. Secondly, teaching students new knowledge is important undoubtedly, but teaching them advanced study strategies and helping them have correct attitudes and good studying habits are more important. They will benefit from them for a long time, maybe for their whole life. In addition, changing teaching ways according to students‟ different personalities, strengths, or weaknesses is also vital in teaching. If I were a teacher, I would try my best to recognize my students‟ differences and use a variety of ways to teach and encourage them. Teaching is never an easy thing for those who want to be successful in teaching. As a mother and my daughter‟s first and continuous teacher, I enjoy teaching; as a volunteer classroom assistant, I‟m interestedly practicing my teaching; being a teacher in the future is my dream that is giving me great passion to realize it.
