many interesting ways to raise students‟
interest in studying and always establish
an atmosphere in which they are eager
and willing to study. Thus, they will become more active and get involved, and
my teaching will be more effective. Secondly, teaching students new knowledge
is important undoubtedly, but teaching
them advanced study strategies and
helping them have correct attitudes and
good studying habits are more important. They will benefit from them for a
long time, maybe for their whole life. In
addition, changing teaching ways according to students‟ different personalities,
strengths,
or weaknesses is
also vital in
teaching. If
I were a
teacher, I
would try
my best to
recognize
my students‟
differences
and use a
variety of
ways to
teach and
encourage
them.
Teaching is never an easy thing for
those who want to be successful in
teaching.
As a mother and my daughter‟s
first and continuous teacher, I enjoy
teaching; as a volunteer classroom assistant, I‟m interestedly practicing my
teaching; being a teacher in the future
is my dream that is giving me great
passion to realize it.
