By Angela Flores Teacher: Ruth Ticktin Family Literacy Fall/Spring 2009-2010 Trip to New York By Ana Valenzuela Last year, my family went to New York. My husband drove. The trip was interesting. We saw many landscapes. We sang many songs. My children watched movies in the car. When we arrived, we bought tickets for the red double-decker bus. That day the weather was crazy. It was rainy and then it was sunny. We got soaked. It was very funny. We laughed a lot. We took pictures of the city. In the night, we returned to DC. The trip was beautiful.
