My Health: 20 Years Ago and Now My Love for Computers By Valentin Berganza By Bertoldo Vaquero I used to be skinnier because I walked many hours a day. I used to eat for breakfast ten corn tortillas, two eggs, one plate of baked beans and one cup of coffee. For lunch, I usually ate one cup of soup, one cup of beans, rice and some piece of meat with tomatillo or tomato sauce. For dinner, sometimes I ate the same food I had for lunch. And before going to sleep, I ate one piece of bread and one cup of coffee. I used to exercise every morning at 3:00 A.M. I took the cows and the bulls to the mountains and I walked two or three hours. Sometimes 20 or 30 km. That is hwy I used to be skinnier. Now I am fatter. I used to eat the same food at the same time but in my country all food is really fresh and natural. We never put pesticides. In this country, all food has a lot of chemicals to maintain freshness. I am thinking maybe this is also why I am fatter now or maybe before I used to exercise a lot. And now I only walk to my job and I do exercise only on the weekend. Maybe this is why I am fatter now than when I was younger. My name is Valentin Berganza. My nickname is Tin. I‟m from the wonderful country of Guatemala. Now I would like to talk about my love for computers. When I studied in my country, I took some computer classes. This is where I began my love for computers. I want to take more computer classes in this wonderful country. Once I finish my computer courses I hope to be a computer specialist.
