My Special Person The Special People in My Life By Xochil Mendoza By Marilu Carillo I have a special person in my life, who was and is with me. She worked for my sisters, my brothers, and me when we were children. She is my life. I help her with money. I miss her because she is in my country. I call her every week. Her name is Juanita, she is with my two nephews, and my brother in El Salvador. I hope one day to stay with her again. She is my mom. Teacher: Lisa Walker Level 3 Afternoon Fall 2009 The holiday season is about bringing together the special people in our lives who make everything wonderful. My family is the reason for the daily smile on my face. To start, I have a wonderful mother who brought me to this world and into a house full of love. She raised me with tender care until I met the love of my life. I have a marvelous husband who is very respectful, very loving, and is, quite frankly, the best husband in the whole world. He has given me the best gift I could ever wish for: a beautiful baby boy, Ethan, who brings joy to my life each and every day. His smile lights up my heart and his eyes kiss my soul.
