The main distribution channel for marketing visibility for real estate
agents is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). However, there’s a problem with
the MLS: everyone uses it. The home may get lost in a sea of thousands of
other homes with a similar look and features. Sure, the MLS syndicates your
home to hundreds if not thousands of real estate websites, but is that enough to
get noticed if everyone is doing the same thing? Is your home just one of the
masses, or is it best in its class and standing out from the crowd? How do you
rise above what everyone else is doing so you can provide higher visibility to
your client’s listing? With a visibility strategy.
First, let’s break down what we mean by visibility. Visibility is not just
how many people view your home online or in person, but more importantly
how many of the right buyers slow down enough to really consider it. The
listing may look great and might be priced right, but if the targeted buyers are
just skipping over it before they realize how great your home is, the right buyer

Amplified Syndication
Syndicate means to broadcast the listings to more places and more
websites.
Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com and other similar sites, which are
big hubs where people search for homes. We pay for premium placement on
those sites.
Craigslist.org is still a popular resource for homebuyers. However, it
does no good to post a home once a month on the site and expect it to increase
visibility. Therefore our marketing team deploys our craigslist marketing every
week to attracted targeted buyers.
Targeted Social Media, through Facebook groups, Pinterest boards, and
Twitter and Instagram hashtags are ways we target likely buyers for your
home.
Paid Social Media Targeting: We pay Facebook, Google, and other
platforms to get in front of targeted audiences.
