or Burleigh Heads, Wednesday proved to be the pick,
with a late afternoon session that was almost as good
as it gets. Easing to a light west breeze, mixed with the solid
pulsing swell, it was unloading across the well-groomed
bank that saw near-flawless barrels from Sharkies right
through past The Cove. Perfection like this had not been
seen for a long time indeed.
