Technology News 3M APPOINTS ANDREI HOLBAN AS REGIONAL MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR THE MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA REGION 3 M, a science-based company that inspires creative collaboration, announced today the appointment of Andrei Holban as the new Regional Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa region. In his role, Andrei succeeds Ippocratis Vrohidis who has relocated to St. Paul as the new Vice-President for Global Service Centers.
