Recently, I was asked to speak at a summit on the
topic of decision making. While thinking about the
flow and the message, I recalled the most challenging
decision dilemma of my life. Immediately, my thoughts
raced me through the sands of time and as I closed my
eyes, I could vividly relive the situation that ignited
a tumultuous wave of emotions that encompassed
me completely. I slowly untangled from the web of
emotions and the chain of thoughts, a thread of steps
that I used in making the most difficult decision of my
life. These steps are as applicable to business and life
today, as they were at that time. I decided to share my
