Thank You for a Successful National
Western Stock Show

Hello, it’s already March.
Welcome to the March 2019
issue of LIMOUSIN TODAY. the Genetics on Ice Auction and
the CornerPost project, I extend
my thanks for a great event. First, I would like to thank each
member that participated in
the 2019 National Western
Stock Show & Annual Limousin
Convention events. Your
participation in any of the
events of the week are very
important to the success
of your foundation. Finally, I want to thank the
volunteers, NALJA, NALF Staff,
NALF committee members,
and the Board of Directors for
the efforts in Denver and to
move our breed forward. established some mating
targets for the various EPD’s we
use. Please read this information
and consider how these targets
can be used in your herd to
help move our breed forward
to increased commercial
acceptability. As each herd
moves forward, so then the
entire breed moves forward.
Bull sale season will be in full
swing as you read this. I wish
each of you success in the
marketing of your products. I look forward to again serving
as the NALF President. I hope
to see many of you at various
events this spring. I
During the week, we had
the opportunity to celebrate
many victories and other
accomplishments. I extend
my congratulations to each
of the show winners and wish
you continued success as you
exhibit or sell the products of
your labors this spring. During
our annual membership
banquet, we also recognized
some special award winners.

I also want to thank those
who made purchases or
contributions to the various
sales events during the week. To
the organizers and participants
in the National Sale, thank you
for helping the continuing
