Show is a such wonderful venue
for breeders and juniors to
showcase our Limousin cattle.
I, sadly, was not able to attend
in person but so grateful for
live streaming of the shows
to enjoy the great set of
Limousin and Lim-Flex cattle.
There were 45 head of great
junior cattle and even better
showman. Congratulations to
all the winners and make sure
to check out the show results
and pictures included in this
issue of LIMOUSIN TODAY.
Yes, Denver we will return! The
2018 National Junior Limousin
Show and Congress (NJLSC),
“Christmas in July,” is July 14-20
back in Denver. The Colorado
group is hard at work planning
a “Christmas in July!” Mark it on
your calendar and make sure
to get your hotel reservations
confirmed. It is very important

to get room reservations early
with Denver being a summer
vacation hot spot. In addition,
it is never too early to start
thinking about scholarship
applications, Limousin Beef
Cook-off entries, cattle and
satellite event entries all coming
soon that will be due in May.
The Limi Boosters raise
money to provide a gift for
each junior that attends
Junior Nationals. We also
fund college scholarships, the
Limousin Beef cook-off, and
state grants. We are currently
selling the Limi Booster
cookbooks, contact me or Julie
Ochsner to get yours today.
