Swedish lighting experts, Aura Light, has
been involved in a new warehouse LED
lighting scheme at Celsa Manufacturing
UK in Neath, South Wales.
Celsa UK is the largest producer of steel
reinforcement in the UK and is one of
the biggest manufacturers of other steel
long products. They produce and deliver
1.2million tonnes of finished products every
year, mainly to the UK and Irish markets.
Aura Light worked with Celsa UK to install 316 light fittings
throughout its site as part of its energy reduction programme.
These were the Aura Duro 23W, Aura PerseaLED 135W and Apus
Pro LED 45W.
Mike Perry, Group Finance Manager at Celsa UK said, “This was
the first time I had heard of renting lighting; so I was a little
hesitant at first. However, having sat down with Simon Taylor
of Aura Light, he assured us it was a straightforward process. I
must say that from the first meeting to a multisite rollout, the
whole process and the way that Aura handled the install was
fantastic.”
