MINT CHIP ” Ice Cream ”

Serving Size : 3 | Prep Time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
• 1 / 2 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1 avocado
• 3 frozen bananas
• 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 1 / 3 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1 . Combine yogurt , lime juice , avocado , bananas and peppermint extract in a blender and blend until thick and creamy .
2 . Stir in the chocolate chips and transfer to a loaf pan . 3 . Freeze at least 4 hours before serving .
