A CENTER OF INNOVATION As evidenced by LIFT-New York’s new familyfocused center, we are committed to designing based on our Members’ needs. In response to Member feedback, LIFT-New York is piloting exciting new innovations this year – take a sneak peek! Text Messaging We are partnering with Populace, a SMS communication platform incubated at Blue Ridge Labs at the Robin Hood Foundation, to pilot appointment reminders and words of encouragement via text. We are interested in exploring how this communication might increase adherence to goal plans and result in greater progress against goals. Evening Service Hours In response to the needs of Members who work or do not have childcare during the day, we have extended service hours to 7:30 p
