LLLPLATFORM - ACTIVITY REPORT 2016 WHAT WE DO CAPACITY BUILDING & PEER LEARNING POLICY MONITORING TO SUPPORT MEMBERS’ ADVOCACY One of the Platform’s most appreciated services (cf. Membership Survey, 2015) is to provide them with updated information on EU policy developments in the field of education and training. This compiled information helps them take active part in EU and national level debates thanks to timely and relevant data. On top of the bi-monthly Newsletter, LLLP Members receive a monthly Advocacy Newsflash. WEBINARS TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL ERASMUS+ PROJECTS PROJECT DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP 8-9 DECEMBER 2016 BRUSSELS - BELGIUM On 8-9 December 2016, the LLLPlatform within the ReSet network organised the “In 2017, Skills will be key!” Project Development Workshop. NEW WEBSITE INFOPOINT FOR EDUCATION & TRAINING Following the very positive 2015 experience, the LLLPlatform, Earlall, the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the EU, Île-de-France Europe, the Liaison agency Flanders-Europe (vleva), and the West-Finland European Office decided to reiterate their partnership in 2016. The second edition of the workshop, reflecting the EU Educational Agenda, was again a unique opportunity for project leaders and partners to meet and exchange views on their project ideas, with roundtables and networking opportunities. The LLLPlatform website, a reference in education and training at European level contains a full lexicon of lifelong learning keywords, a wide lists of useful links, a database of good practices and founding texts also influenced by the work of international organisations. The workshop aimed to support organisations find partners and set up project proposals to answer the upcoming call for Erasmus+ KA2 Strategic Partnerships. The webinar organised by the LLLPlatform aims to help members and other civil society organisations applying for Erasmus+ grants understand the programme, get informed about the call for proposals and funding opportunities, and last but not least, learn the tips and tricks for successful project applications. After explaining the new Erasmus+ new structure, it provides support on how to identify the right call, how to assemble a solid partnership, how to define key performance indicators, or how to organise dissemination and exploitation. It also gives guidelines for time and human resource management, as well as financial planning. 10 IN 2017 SKILLS WILL BE KEY! The PDW Task Force received and selected 9 main project ideas, for which a partner selection was made during the Fall. They were then invited to participate in a partner meeting and informative day in Brussels with experts (EACEA, EPOS).
