Hello and Welcome to my City! Boca Raton Florida.
I am an Intuitive Holistic Grief Coach, Wellness Advocate, Sacred Soul Alignment Practitioner™,
Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Mom, Wife and most people call me a firecracker! Welcome to
my city of Boca Raton Florida where I live and play! I love living in this city, it is like vacationing
where you live, so many beautiful things to see, so many fun things to do.
Did I mention we have a beach and Intracoastal waterways?! We do and they are breathtaking!
There is nothing better than jumping on the boat and going for a day of boating and parking out at
Lake Boca floating around with all the other boats anchored listening to fun music, swimming in the
salt water and soaking up the Vitamin D, fun and the love of the close-knit boating community.
Heading east to beach always ensures a great time, The Boca Resort is a beautiful beach resort right
on the ocean side, where umbrellas are set up for you to just relax sit back and unwind. There is also
so much for families to do and enjoy at The Boca Resort including the Flo Rider!
We have wonderful restaurants of all taste palates, ambiance to ensure anyone a good dining expe-
rience, whether you love Italian, Greek, Vegan, Steakhouse, American, we have it all here.
We are a community of wellness advocates, with many health coaches, Holistic practitioners, yoga
studios, fitness studios, juice bars, vegan restaurants, and smoothie stops. We have wonderful Muse-
ums here such as Boca Raton Museum of Art, Boca Children’s Museum, Boca Raton History Museum
for all the museum enthusiasts.
We are home to a children’s park named Sugar Sand Park with an actual Carousel and a play-
ground that will knock your socks off, the kids love it!!!! There is even an actual science discovery
explorium inside the park!
We are home to Florida Atlantic University with 5 satellite campuses servicing Dania Beach, Davie,
Ft Lauderdale, Jupiter and Fort Lauderdale covering all their students needs and is the home of the
Mighty Owls offering all sports including football, basketball, soccer, golf and more. We are also
home to the famous Boca Raton Town Center Mall every shopper’s paradise, One of South Florida’s
top luxury shopping destinations housing 220 stores and 6 major department stores with an outstand-
ing mix of upscale and elite specialty shops, naming just a few teasers Bloomindales, Gucci and
Tiffany’s, it’s even home to a very popular upscale restaurant bar named Blue Martini where every-
one and anyone goes for happy hour to relax and unwind after a long day of hard work, where you
will hear the sounds an amazing live band!

And let’s not forget our famous Mizner Park, Home to so many amazing shops, restaurants, state of
the art movie theatre, our very own amphitheater that brings the most talented artists like Lionel Richie,
Kenny G, Gypsy Kings and old school concerts! Bringing back our favorites we grew up during the
80’s and 90’s! Mizner Amphitheater kicking off our Summer in the City 2017 packed full of amazing
line ups all summer long to ensure fun for all! What can I say, I love it here and I hope you will come
