We encourage any potential clients to attend one of our Startup Laboratory workshops in any of our offices Australia-Wide . Each workshop is tailored to the client ’ s individual needs , depending on which stage of the development process they are in . We bring in industry professionals to help validate and evolve each new app idea as well as provide assistance in all aspects of the business plan . We ’ re here to help you create or fine-tune your vision whether that be helping you rack your brain to find that perfect name or tweaking your mission statement .
Once all the details have been ironed out , we identify barriers to the market and pitfalls to give you a better understanding of your target customers , customer relationships , key metrics , partners and activities . We also run you through cost structures and revenue streams to determine the key features that are necessary for the MVP ( minimum viable product ).
