It is the symmetrical illusion of colour , texture and strength that is embodied in the individualistic interpretation of art . Beauty makeup is best utilised in commercial genres , where it transcribes a subtle message of the brands perfection to the customer , utilising the human ego to want to belong and be accepted in society by using or purchasing the brand provided . As a makeup artist , the challenge to create a work of cosmetic genius that transcribes the companies message onto the face , is exciting .
Every brief is significant , as every brand is unique to its targeted audience . The creativity of beauty makeup , comes in the blending of colour and texture , the design and outlook that is meant to be achieved . Example , a sunglass advertisement wanting to convey a message of trendy flawless , healthy skin , where shading of accentuated cheek bones will lift the face to provide a base where the sunglasses will sit perfectly on every face shape .
A house sale , will provide the illusion of the classic genre of clean affordable everyday makeup with a hint of sophistication , whilst the retail of classic skin care will demand a clean , youthful appearance with no hint of shading that is cleverly masked in every brush stroke .
