Over the next 3 weeks, I'll be sharing resources to guide you into becoming a more effective 21st Century leader.
Globalization has taken all of us by surprise, hasn't it? For each exciting opportunity that comes our way in this complex and hyper-connected age, there are also rough seas to navigate. Some of these turbulent waters are internal, others external.
I live by and teach principles to ride these waves with more grace and conviction. These principles help me stay sane and impactful when the world doesn't seem to make sense anymore, or when I'm faced with hard choices in work and life.
Speaking of which...I've worked on 3 continents, made 4 career transitions and mourned the unexpected loss of many loved ones. (Long story - happy to share more another time.)
To paraphrase Theodore Roosevelt, I take loving risks and strive to do the deeds. At the best I've known the triumph of high achievement, and at the worst I've failed while daring greatly.
The 6 keys I share in this email course are some of the lessons I've learned on the path of life and work. They keep me strong in the face of struggle and fill me up to serve the people and places I cherish all over the world.
