Water pollution
Chemicals such as lead and mercury contaminate our waters with petroleum or
detergents. These substances occur as a result of various actions, industrial,
domestic, agricultural and livestock related, and related to the shipbuilding sector.
The major contributors to toxic water pollution are industrial and agricultural
activities. Throwing bags into the water or throwing insecticides for example.
