Causes of land pollution
Land pollution is mainly due to these causes:
solid, liquid and gaseous wastes:
Solid waste is paper, glass, plastic, discharged batteries, expired
medicines and organic waste. Of them organic biodegradable waste,
the rest are not biodegradable. The latter, to be disposed of, are to
landfills.
