Even Jason agreed more because of fear. He had seen Damien angry, he loved to tease him, but this was different. When Damien snapped out, his eyes turned black for a second. Everything was odd.
It didn’t take them even half an hour to get to the library. Damien immediately became the leader of the group. “We should split up. Jason and Emily can go to the history section, I’ll look for some religious books with Anabelle...” But Belle interrupted him: “Wait! Do you think we can’t handle it ‘cause we’re girls? I’ll go with Emily and you two, don’t kill each other!” She didn’t realize this joke could be taken quite literally in this world.
