but it is the answer. Mike says government involvement
at all levels is crucial, but without people like you and me
putting in the hard work, nothing will change. “In order
to have change that we can see, we can do it locally,” he
states, and urges residents to take a look around their own
home, neighbourhood, or workplace for opportunities to
contribute. “If we understand the things that we can do
better, at least we can feel like we are part of something
