F or the second year in a row , Quintus Financial and KidSport will host Leadercast Live , the world ’ s largest one-day leadership event , simulcast to over 100,000 professionals . It ’ s like a day full of Ted Talks but with some of the worlds most recognized leaders .
“ We all need continued professional development , and Leadercast provides some of the best out there , it ’ s an excellent opportunity here locally ,” Kano explains to me . “ People don ’ t have to travel , and we get to hear from some really incredible business leaders .”
The talks given during Leadercast don ’ t pertain to any particular business , but those who attend Leadercast find real motivation for their own work .
“ It turns your mind around and gives you proverbial kick in the butt ,” Reid said .
Your motivation , your mind set , your enthusiasm for your business and how you can share that with your clients get a big reset ,” Reid says .
Quintus Financial also believes in co-sponsoring an event like Leadercast because of the chance to bring leaders and foundational people of the city together . Again , building the strength and quality of the community . Not to mention , Leadercast introduces people to their KidSport charity , and the good deeds begin to pile up .
