WINTER 2017 mdlsr.ca Judging: All entries will be posted on the Municipal District website after the deadline, and will be judged by a panel of YOU and your peers! You can simply vote for your favourite photo. Entries that receive the most public votes will be deemed the winners. Winners will be officially announced on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. Contest Rules & Regulations: You must include your full name, address, telephone number and photo caption along with your submission. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you in relation to your entry. Entries can only be submitted in electronic format. Digital alteration of digital files is not acceptable (including excessive Photoshop manipulation or combining multiple photos). Cropping of photos is permitted, and tonal or colour corrections are acceptable. Borders, frames, text or other graphic treatments are not permitted. Winners will be asked to submit a high-resolution file suitable for print reproduction. The MD reserves the right to disqualify contestants who are unable to submit, upon request, a high-resolution photograph of at least 9 inches x 12 inches at 300 dpi (3600 x 2700 pixels). Entrants are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) time per Contest.
