Buro TSUM
Panoramic view, gastronomic menu and Lyon grill: for those who enjoy being in the center. Buro TSUM, an elegant restaurant located on the 5th floor of TSUM department store, It is a project launched by Dina Khabirova and Vitaly Shimansky.
Graceful and eclectic, it is a perfect place for meetings in the very heart of the city, breakfasts with amazing view on Bolshoi Theatre or romantic dinners, accompanied with the best wines' selection. Natalia Belonogova, the author of Pinch, AQ Kitchen, "Northerners" and other projects worked on the interior.
The restaurant turned out to be eclectic and bright, to match the TSUM: wood and marble, brass and mirrors, leather and velour. In summer, there is a large veranda overlooking the Bolshoi theatre.
