Many recipes that ended up on the menu were collected during trips to remote villages of Siberian taiga, where they are still prepared according to the “technology” a century ago. A new restaurant has opened on the first floor of the Azimut Hotel on Smolenskaya Square by Denis Ivanov.

Restaurant has been surprisingly and highly successful symbiosis of Soviet and old Russian native cuisine. Amazing headcheese and authentic sliced frozen raw fish(aka Stroganina) could be found here.
