St. Petersburg Les Clefs D'or concierges held a private vote on the choice of a special nominee of this year Where to Eat award recently.
The results was revealed at the ceremony on November 21. This time the vote was held in the green walls of all Seasons restaurant, the author's project of Sergey Yaroslavtsev and Alexander Bondar with the concept of seasonal cuisine.
Restaurant sommelier Dmitry Kizeev has developed a special card with two sections: "all seasons" – wine classics and "one season" – wines that are relevant in a particular season.
For desserts responsible star pastry chef Nina Tarasova, a graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure De Patisserie of Alain Ducasse.
Not the first year Moscow Les Clefs D'or concierges are invited to one of the main gastronomic events of the city - Where to eat award, where there is a special nomination: the choice of concierges.
This event was held in GUM department store. There was a lot of nominations. But we were glad to announce that this year we (or rather our guests) preferred the restaurant "Bolshoi"!
