4th EUROPEAN CONCIERGE CONGRESS IN MARAKKESH
Nearly 200 concierges from the best hotels in Europe meet in Marrakech from 5 to 8 September to discuss the problems and the future of the profession.
In the framework of the 4th Pan-European Congress of the Golden Keys, the participants from the 4 zones of Europe (Northern Europe, Central Europe, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia) alongside African countries and Other continents discuss new requirements and wishes of customers and reflect on the best ways to treat and satisfy them.
"The Marrakesh Congress focuses on passing the Golden Keys culture on the African continent," said MAP, the president of the Golden Keys-Morocco section, Youssef Mamouni.
