Coupons are Coming!
It’s budget season which means your boards and Leland are hard at work ge ng the
budget finalized for the community. A er this occurs, coupon booklets will be going
out to owners around early to mid December so please keep an eye out!
It is important to no fy us of any change in mailing address so we can ensure your
booklet goes to the correct address. There may be changes in assessments so the
informa on you will receive is important. Please contact us if you have not received
your booklet by the end of the second week in December!
Making Strides Against Breast Cancer
On October 29th, the annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk took place at beau ful Lake Eola.
Proceeds raised from these walks, which take place na onally, are used to enable the American Cancer
Society to fund research, educate the community about breast cancer and preven on, and help people
find cancer earlier when it is more treatable.
Each year, Leland Management par cipates in this event and comes together as a team to raise donaons. All divisions par cipate and try to come up with crea ve ways to make fundraising fun! This year,
employees raced to fill water bo les with pennies, nickels, or dimes to donate. Those who donated the
most bo les received a special surprise!
