Landlords Risk Assessment For Legionella Control in Domestic Water Systems Course Overview: This course has been designed for those who wish to carry out legionella risk assessments in domestic accommodation. Who Is This Course For: It is ideal for landlords, letting agents, or their designated third party who already have a basic knowledge of water systems and need to understand the requirements for legionella control, including legal duties in respect of their residents, guests, tenants and customers. This requirement is in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8, ‘The control of legionella bacteria in water systems’ and the guidance contained within HSG274 Part 2 ‘The control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems’.
