Unvented Hot Water Systems Course Overview: On completion of the course you will be certified for 5 years to install, service or commission domestic hot water systems in the UK. It is a legal requirement of the building regulations that all domestic unvented hot water systems over 15 litres capacity are maintained by a qualified person. Who Is This Course For: This course is aimed at plumbers and heating engineers who wish to gain the relevant certification to enable them to install, service or commission domestic hot water systems in the UK. To be eligible you must hold, or be working towards, a recognised trade qualification. E.g. NVQ/SNVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or Domestic Heating ( which will include Water Regulations ) , or have evidence of a number of years’ experience in the plumbing or heating industry and hold a Water Regulations certificate.
