Please tell us what led you to your career

I have been involved in career development and mentorship for the better part of 20 years, and for the last 10 years, I advised the Senior Executives in the Navy and was a major contributor in the development of all personnel at different units. I have always considered the enormity of the decisions Executives make and the lasting impacts on the people who have to carry out those decisions. My desire to ensure that all CEO’s and Executives understood the responsibility that comes with their positions, made me direct my career, and position myself to the development of the C-Suite.

It is my belief that if every company had an Executive Advisor, one that would bring sound advice and reality to the executive level, they would not suffer the fate of those on the news. We need someone that can bridge the gap between the workforce and the executives and keep the CEO’s in tune with their company.

What makes you unique or different from your competition?

What makes me unique is that I bring a very diverse, international and bottom-up leadership perspective and often one that has been missing from the executive level of business. I have the ability to get to the heart of issues in a very personal way and deliver solutions that resound in every department of a company. My impacts are the lasting ones that people speak of long after I am gone. The reason is, that I seek no glory except to see a life changed by my own example and the type of changes that lead to prosperity in those that follow.

How does your work positively impact the world of business nationally and or internationally?

You could say that my work is incognito when it comes to impact on the world of business. When I mentor a CEO, I focus on their heart, dissect it’s intent and then put it back together through carefully thought out applications.

is your partner driving you crzy?

It may be because of this!
