More specifically, there’s a crop of vibrant, new leaders, change makers, and innovators who are disrupting the norm in their own right and creating a permanent footprint in this burgeoning city. For a community where talent retention is critical, this rising energy plays a significant role in creating long term economic impact and enhancing the fabric of this community. South Florida is on the cusp of something big: Miami is transforming, it’s becoming more progressive, and now more than ever is the time to be here especially while the transformation is underway. This also implies that those who are forward-thinking enough to be a part of the new movements being created are also the ones who will reap the long term benefits.
