We’ll make a wild rice salad with chicken breast or fresh mushrooms and cashews, a vegetarian main dish salad with multi-colored pepper and quinoa, a fruit salad with cantaloupe, strawberries and an orange sauce, and a raspberry-spinach salad with glazed pecans. Then we’ll round out the evening with three easy dressings for your favorite combination of assorted garden greens—orange, feta cheese, and creamy blue cheese dressing.
