Driver ’ s Education with Safeway
We offer teen driver ’ s education in partnership with Safeway Driving School . Classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons emphasize defensive driving techniques tailored for the inexperienced teen driver . The cost of the package is $ 380 and includes classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons and all materials . A payment plan and / or reduced rates may be available to those who qualify .
Classroom instruction totals 30 hours , structured into 10 independent lessons . After class is completed , students who are 15 years old are eligible to take their permit test at any Minnesota exam center . The permit test is not provided during the class . Behind-the-wheel instruction includes six hours of driving in three , two-hour private lessons .

ACT Test Prep Workshop
College entrance tests are a very important part of the college preparation process . The score impacts college admissions as well as qualification for scholarships . This 5-hour seminar taught by ZAPS Learning Company / RMASS Education Seminars is an excellent way to prepare for the ACT test . Participants will receive a study guide and practice worksheets . Bring two # 2 pencils and a calculator to the seminar . ( Remember there is a deadline to register for the actual ACT test . Ask a high school counselor or check the ACT website at www . actstudent . org for test dates and location as well as to register .)
