Interpretation Workshop
Do you ever wonder what your
dreams mean? Discover what
dreams mean through a safe
experiential group process.
Several methods of group dream
interpretation will be introduced
and practiced, including an art and
a somatic method. Beginners are
welcome! You do not even need to
remember your dreams to benefit
from the dream circle. Bring a
dream journal or notebook, pen and
a mat or blanket to sit on though
chairs available if you prefer.

Tape Your Pain Away
KinesioTape is a special elastic,
non-latex tape used by athletes all
over the world to improve function
and decrease pain and swelling.
However, it was originally designed
by a Japanese Chiropractor as a lay
person's tool to help decrease muscle
spasms and help hold adjustments
longer. YOU can tape yourself and
get some of these great results too!
Learn basic KinesioTape concepts
and techniques. Demonstrations will
be given using simplified taping
protocols for issues such as low back,
knee and shoulder pain plus in-class
requests. Bring a pair of scissors to
class. Supply fee of $20 payable to
