Twenty-four professionals dedicated to improving the community and the organizations they serve became the latest graduates of the Elkhart Leadership Academy on May 14. Indiana Lt. Gov. Sue Ellspermann delivered the keynote address during the recognition ceremony, challenging graduates: “If not you, then who?” She encouraged them to never compromise integrity, but always collaborate and compromise to find “win-win” situations.
