Pro-Social and leadership. Firstly, let me provide some context. I really wanted to know what drives people to act on their intentions. That’s where all this started. For some time this question rode around in my brain, seeking some real tangible answers. Then, having to find a question for my masters of coaching research I decided to throw this around, and it stuck! by a concern about the rights, feelings and welfare of other people.
