taught their team by example that

What was the key strategy
that helped you achieve
Presidential Diamond?
First, was having a clear goal. You have
to know where you want to go, if you are
making a plan to get there. Second, was
being an example. We decided that we
wanted to lead our team by actions. We
knew if others could see us achieving our
goals, that they would be able to achieve
the same goals. Third, is continuing to sign
people up. It’s important to always keep
enrolling people. It keeps your momentum
going and you never lose your excitement.
