Deciding to advance your business or to improve your relationships isn’t all that’s required to make those changes happen. The key is taking small, consistent steps to reach your goals. One great way to focus on this is to remember to do less of some things, › What will your life look like on a daily basis when you reach that goal? How can you start bringing that into your life now? ›  What are the steps required to reach that goal? This might be changes in your thoughts or actions, adjustments in your interactions with others, a certain number of enrollments or classes, etc. ›  What can you do less or more of that will get you closer to this goal each day? and do more of other things.
