Thoughts about onboarding
“Onboarding was an excellent opportunity for me to be exposed to the
structural and procedural happenings in the district. I spent several
days meeting with key individuals from around the district learning
how things operate, touring the district’s warehouse, walking
through the print shop. Each interaction I had laid a solid foundation
for me as I began my role as an elementary principal in SBCUSD.”
