Baseball can be used as a modality for a higher understanding,
to take peoples’ wisdom, knowledge and understanding to the
next level.
The good news is that we don’t need to build the
infrastructure- the composition of baseball is filled with
opportunities to succeed and fail. The question becomes: are
we seizing those failures as opportunities to build positive
character or are we rushing through them in order to celebrate
the wins?

Thailand Cave Rescue
If you were trapped in a cave for hours or, worse yet, days
without food, water, sunlight or any comforts, the last thing
you might be thinking about would be about leadership.
You’d want to get out.
The cave is not unlike a tomb. It is dark, dank, eerily quiet and
isolated. Sensory deprivation typically heightens the other
senses, thus hearing, touch, smell and taste become more
augmented than sight. Every word that is uttered matters.
Every sound instills hope that help is on the way and your
isolation is about to end. Your confinement intensifies a
craving for contact with the outside world.
