Environment promoting development of young
people, ability to spend free time valuable in the
premises specially provided for young people and
with the help of necessary equipment.
Society JIAC Pulss operates in the town of Grobiņa but activities
are related to youth of the whole rural territory and societies of
young people. Main purpose is to secure better quality of life for
the young people living in rural regions, provide access to the latest
information and options those young people could benefit from.
Society puts an emphasis on the activities related to participation
in public processes, event planning and organising, free time of the
young people, voluntary work.

Within the frameworks of the project equipment for premises
provided for young people were purchased. Three table computers and one portable computer were purchased. Computers
are used to educate, inform young people and organise various
events. Also multifunctional printer was purchased to secure
comfortable and fast processing of the materials. Equipment
necessary for organising of workshops are overhead projector,
portable computer, magnetic blackboard and screen. Gamingtables for leisure time activities of the young people were
purchased – table hockey, table tennis. Also a stereo system
is purchase that can be used to create free atmosphere and
for other activities. All this has prevented young people from
aimless wondering around the streets and created favourable
environment for generating and implementing ideas of young
people.
