About the submitter of the project in a nutshell:
Purchase of motorcycle and moto equipment in the
society “AZ-Kazdanga”
To purchase technique, equipment, boost interest of young
people about useful free time spending options. Involve
young people into various sports activities. Achieve better fitness of athletes in order they could obtain better
results in motor sport and motor skijoring.
Motor club „AZ- Kazdanga” is engaged into skijoring for
more than 40 years. Young people are a part of the motor
club that makes it one of the leisure time spending
options in the rural municipality of Kazdanga. Motor
club is engaged into active spending of free time in
open air. During the winter period motor club organises
entertainment activities – motor riding, riding behind
motorcycle on skis, sledging. Members of the Society
participate into skijoring contests on regularly basis.

Aim:
Society Motor Club “AZ-Kazdanga”
Skijoring – one of the most popular and traditional kinds
of sport in Kazdanga that was commenced already
around 1970ties and still many enthusiasts love this
sport. Motor club is founded to attract supporters and
reduce sports costs for young people and athletes,
attract new enthusiastic youngsters, gain better results
and rise awareness about Kazdanga not only near
Liepāja but also all around Latvia. Two motorcycles and
equipment for six persons have been purchased within
the frameworks of the project this is a significant support to the activities of the society and participation in
competitions.
