Tās uzdevums ir apsaimniekot biedrības
pārvaldījumā nodoto nekustamo īpašumu.
Pienākumos ietilpst tehniskās ekspluatācijas
nodrošināšana, dzīvojamo un koplietojamo telpu, kā arī piemājas teritorijas uzturēšana kārtībā.
Biedrības īstermiņa mērķis ir sakārtot apkārtni,
veidot estētisku un veselīgu vidi.
Description of the Association
Association was established on 18 January, 2008. Association is managing and running real estate transferred
to the government of the Association, which includes
the appropriate maintenance, ensuring the technical exploitation, maintenance of housing and common areas,
as well as a household territory. The short-term objective of the Association is to put in order the household
territory, to create esthetical and healthy environment.
Īstenojot biedrības mērķi, ieguvēji ir visi mikrorajona iedzīvotāji. Jauno rotaļu laukumu izmanto
gan bērni no visām apkārt esošajām mājām, gan
arī no privātmāju rajona. Brīvdienās un laikposmā
pēc skolas bērnu aktivitāte rotaļu laukumā ir
novērojama visvairāk. Tā kā basketbola grozs
ir uzstādīts standartam atbilstošā augstumā, tā
pieejamību izmanto arī pieaugušie. Brīvajā laikā,
aktīvi atpūšoties un sportojot, bērni un jaunieši
nostiprina savu veselību un fizisko attīstību.
Description of the project
The project of equipment purchase for the active recreation ground of children and youth for
spending leisure time and installation corresponds
to the objective of the regulation of the Association
on creation of spruce and healthy environment.
During the implementation of the project, the Association arranged the active recreation ground for
children and young people, which corresponds to
modern requirements and is adapted for children
of different age. Before the implementation of the
project, children were taking a part in the drawing
competition and reflected the ideas they wanted to
set up in the yard.
All inhabitants of the suburb are benefiting from
the implementation of this project. Children from
all surrounding houses are coming to the playground to play, also from private houses sector.
