At one time, when I started this business, that would have appeared to be a successful outcome but what I have learned is that success is a feeling, not a future event. Waking each day and knowing that you are doing what you love, is success. Having a business has come down to a few guiding principles that have got me through the tough times and I will leave you with them: • The first is that business is hard, so get used to it. • Understand why you are in it, what is the purpose. • Develop a daily ritual that defines what you really want.
