Recognized By the Atlanta Public Schools Board of Education
On January 7th, Chairman Jason Esteves of the Atlanta Board of Education recognized L.E.A.D. for the transformational work we do in the lives of students through our partnership with Atlanta Public Schools. The recognition included a plaque and Ambassador Charlestavious Brooks shared his LEAD experience with the Board.
State of the City
The Ambassadors were guests of L.E.A.D. Community Board Member, Lisa Baker, at the 2019 State of The City Breakfast. At the event, Ambassadors John Phillips and Charlestavious Brooks got to meet so many powerful and influential people in the City, many of whom are Atlanta Public Schools graduates.
